The Tau have unearthed an artifact of immense psychic power on the planet Shri'on, a world on the fringe of the expanding Tau Empire. Little realizing what they have found, the Tau are caught unprepared for the carnage the artifact would draw to Shri'on and the colony of Bar Vior.

I read about another territorial campaign where each player started out with a 1500 point list. And each turn they would be awarded 500 pts to add on to their list or replace destroyed units. We would have to award the 500 points for each battle participated in or something though because not everyone will be in the same number of battles each turn.
